Anil Deshpande, a native of Mumbai (Bombay), India, has become a leader in the Central Florida housing industry, as well as an active participant in the political and social arena. Mr. Deshpande earned a degree in Civil Engineering from M.S. University in Baroda, India. He came to the United States in 1971 to further his education and earned a Masters Degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
Since that time, Mr. Deshpande has managed several major construction projects in Florida. He was a Project Manager at the Orlando International Airport, regarded as one of the finest airports in the world. He also managed the construction of many hospitals, office buildings, institutional buildings, industrial projects and high-rise buildings.
In 1984 Mr. Deshpande co-founded Park Square Homes with his current partners and built the company into one of the foremost home building firms in Florida. Park Square Homes builds perhaps the widest variety of homes of any builder in the area -from affordable homes prices in the low 200,000?s to luxurious custom-designed homes on lakes and golf courses priced up to $1,000,000 plus. Park Square's reputation for quality construction, award-winning designs and unmatched value has made the company one of the largest homebuilders in the area. Park Square is among the top 120 builders in the United States, according to Builder Magazine. The company completed 1050 homes in 2004 with total revenue of $260 million. Park Square Homes has won numerous awards in the Mid-Florida Homebuilders Association Parade of Homes, the premier showcase of new home trends and designs in Central Florida. They have also been recognized regionally and nationally with many awards.
After selling his interest in Park Square Homes in December of 2004, Mr. Deshpande founded Deshpande Incorporated. The company is active in various investments.
Mr. Deshpande's leadership in the business arena also carries over into politics, arts, education and religion. He has served on the Board of the Hindu Society of Central Florida as well as the Asian Cultural Association for several years. He is a Board Member of the Mid Florida Homes Builders Association as well as being active on the Developer's Council. He is a member of the Greater Orlando Chamber of Commerce. He is on the Board of Paradigm Technology Solutions, United Arts of Central Florida, and Bank First. He is a certified general contractor and certified professional engineer in the State of Florida.

George D. Livingston is a principal in the Realvest Companies: Realvest Holdings, NAI Realvest Partners, Realvest Development, Realvest Land, Corporate Title Services, and Realvest Consulting. He is responsible for the daily management of their effort to provide an array of professional services to corporations and to real estate owners, investors, and developers. The services include: brokerage, property and asset management, development, financial services, market research, consulting, corporate services, and appraisal. Realvest has strategic alliances with Schiefer-Decker Properties, Podolsky Northstar, Chicago Title and other entities and investors.
Mr. Livingston and Realvest advise and assist fast growing technology companies to meet their real estate needs. They maintain a strategic partnership with among many others, CIFIC, MILCOM, and MetaTech.
Mr. Livingston has also been an active Angel Investor with several of his colleagues over the last few years. He has earned a Masters of Science in Economics from Auburn University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida State University. His professional affiliations are: Corporate investor in the local Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida; past President of the local National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Chairman of NAIOP's National Industrial Development Forum I, and member of NAIOP Florida Board of Directors.
Sanjiv “Sonny” Matta is a principal in various companies of Visionary Concepts, U.S. as well as World City – Real Estate Development of New Dehli, India. His companies branch out from Employee Benefits, Financial Services, Real Estate Development, Call Centers and optical labs.
Mr. Matta was born in New Dehli, India, raised in Liverpool, England and as a teenager his family then settled in Melbourne Florida. His career started in 1986 upon graduation from high school. He worked his way up from sales supervisor to the Director of Operations for Lenscrafters, the worlds largest Optical Company. In the late 90’s Sonny’s focus turned to Operations Director for the International philanthropy arm The Gift of Sight program. Living abroad in most every country in Europe, Americas and Asia, Sonny has gained a keen insight into fundamental market drivers. Sonny has received countless awards and commendations from these world leaders for his work in their communities.
Mr. Matta founded Visionary Labs an Optical Manufacturer in 2000. In 2002 he founded Visionary Concepts ,a benefits communication company, specializing in benefit programs for mid to large size companies and government entities in Florida and the SE, US. Sonny’s family has a deep history of Real Estate sales and development worldwide which led him to World City Development – A mixed Use Retail Development in New Dehli India and Greater Noida India. In this capacity his firm advises international as well as national investors throughout the country.
Mr. Matta latest addition is Visionary Telesolutions, a call center operation, providing marketing and lead sales to timeshare properties, and other related businesses within the core.
Sonny has enjoyed working with the community locally and has most recently been named Chairman of the Board for the Boys and Girls Club of Brevard; he is an Investor in the Economic Development Commission of Brevard, gives to numerous political and charitable organizations.
